How can I place an order?

You can place an order at www.double7official.com

  • Step 1: Sign Up / Log in to your accounts (Collect Point) or purchase directly without register
  • Step 2: Select Products and add them to the shopping cart
  • Step 3: View your shopping cart, apply for Voucher Code (if any) and click “Checkout”
  • Step 4: Key in your delivery details 
  • Step 5: Select Payment Method 
  • Step 6: Check your order details before clicking “Place Order Now”. Upon placing an order, it will be deemed that the Pre-Order Policy and Return Policy are understood and accepted as applying to your order.
  • Step 7: Make payment and wait for the goods sent to your doorstep!
How can I pay for my purchase?
  • We accept payment Online BankingE-WalletAtome Pay LaterCredit Card, and PayPal.
  • Shipping is not included in the product price. The shipping fee will be calculated according to your region, West Malaysia or East Malaysia, if you place an order to a certain price, you will get the opportunity to get free shipping
How long does it takes for delivery?

We will proceed and ship out your order within 1 working day once payment is completed. Customers may use the tracking information given via email to check the delivery status.

Delivery Lead Time

  • West Malaysia:  1-3 working days
  • East Malaysia:  3-5 working days

*Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e Public Holidays, Festive Season, Sales Season etc)

Can I request to return & refund my order?
  • Goods sold are not refundable. However, we offer our customers the option to refund in-store credit.
  • Any return of goods can only be made within 7 days after the date you've received the parcel and will be returned in store credit only. The shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
  • Refund valid on ready-stock items only. We do not accept returns or exchanges of preorder items.
  • All returned items must be in unworn conditionwith original tags, and packaging. Double 7 Official will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid Return Authorization.
  • Return will only be approved upon inspection and permission. Do provide us with the order receipt of your purchase for our reference. Please note that all the extra charges incurred in a return (ex. shipping cost, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s own responsibility. This includes the requirement to pay the additional re-shipping fee.
  • Customers are recommended to use a delivery service with a tracking system. Double 7 Official reserves the right to charge a processing fee for return violation of these Terms and Conditions, including items returned damaged or missing original tag or packaging.
  • For any merchandise return affair, please contact our customer service through Instagram /  WhatsApp / Email and follow the instructions.
Why can't I use my promo code?
  • The promo code is only applicable to products in the "New Arrivals" and "Trending Now" collections (if there is a minimum spending requirement, it must be met)
  • Products from the "Clearance Sale" are not eligible for additional discounts with the promo code.
  • Some promo codes are of the same nature and cannot be stacked. You can only use them based on the discount's extent
