| E-Commerce & Warehouse Assistant (Full Time)

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Scope:

  • Process daily customer orders and prepare shipments.
  • Upload products to Shopify and synchronize listings across marketplaces such as Shopee.
  • Manage warehouse inventory, including receiving new stocks and organizing product locations.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
  • Assist showroom sales when required (bonus with commission).

Job Requirements:

  • No diploma or prior experience required. Basic computer skills, simple English proficiency, and a willingness to learn are all you need.
  • Enjoys organizing things and keeping everything in order.

| Store Manager (Full Time)

Job Scope:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and provide styling advice to help customers find the right fit. (Commission included)
  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays to brand standards.
  • Plan and execute in-store campaigns, pop-ups, product launches, and community events.
  • Manage inventory, coordinate stock replenishment with HQ, and ensure accurate stock levels.

  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and daily team management.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience leading or managing a retail team is a strong advantage.
